My name is Edmond Wilder. I currently teach Physical Education to 9th through 12th graders. I am from Mobile, Alabama. I graduated from Davidson High School in 1998. I received my Associate degree from "the" Faulkner State Community College in 2000. Then, went on to pursue a Bachelors of Science degree in Health and Physical Education from Stillman College in 2003. This is my first year teaching at Blount High School. However, I have been teaching Physical education for since 2003 along with two years as a paraprofessional and alternative school teacher in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.  I have also previously taught at Bessie C. Fonvielle, Ariel Holloway Elementary, and Denton Middle ad Magnet School.

I am the Blount High Lady Leopards' basketball coach for the 2019-2020 school year. I have 15 plus years experience in coaching several sports such as: basketball, football, track, and tennis. In my spare time, I love to train and coach our youth in the importance of learning the fundamental skills of sports.

I have three, wonderful children name Makhiyah (15), Ahja (11), and Edmond Jr (9).
